San Francisco YMF and San Jose YMF co-hosted WRYMC 2020 in the Bay Area for the first time in more than a decade. Every conference that I have been to has been an incredible experience, and hosting it was no different, except that you realize the hundreds of hours that gets put into every detail and aspect of the event. It's a huge planning effort that wouldn't have been possible without the support of our planning committee, which consisted of over 20+ members from SF YMF and SJ YMF. We had a record attendance at WRYMC, 7 exciting technical tours, fun networking socials, engaging seminars, and a Lunar New Year themed awards banquet. My favorite part about WRYMC is creating memories and friendships with civil engineering leaders across the region. - Joyce Lin, President
